Dresdner, Cameron In Euronext FIX ‘Swap’

LONDON -- Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein, the investment banking division of Dresdner Bank, has built a FIX engine for sending equity warrant orders to Euronext, using Cameron Systems’ CameronFIX solution.

DrKW, which developed the engine in less than three months, has agreed to a "swap", where Cameron gets the intellectual property rights to the Euronext adapter, which it will resell, and Dresdner gets a "free" upgrade to CameronFIX 6.0 with the Universal Server. The Universal Server takes FIX
