A year after it completed the acquisition of systems integrator CP International Inc. and turret maker Financial Trading Technologies Inc., Alphameric PLC has re-emerged with a "new look" FTT Alphameric subsidiary.
The U.K. company took time out to consolidate the products acquired in its buying spree with its existing product line. The result, as predicted by Alphameric chairman Dougal Craig-Wood, is "a turbo-charged CP." But contributions from other parts of the Alphameric stable, including
