App Glitch Halts Euronext
BREAKING NEWS
An application error caused a brief trading halt Thursday, Aug. 11, on certain products traded on the Euronext Financials Host, including short term interest rate products (STIRs), bonds, index products, financial futures and commodities, officials confirm.
"We had an application error, which caused the trading host to stop just before 4 p.m. [U.K. time]," says a Euronext spokesperson.
It then took longer than normal to bring back the market because of an exceptional build-up of data requests
