The case for the ubiquity of the FIX protocol will get a boost this week when officials at the Archipelago Exchange (ArcaEx) and TransactTools announce that ArcaEx uses TransactTools ttConnect for "routing, translating, monitoring, and certifying" the electronic order flow of the exchange.
