EC: Proposed European Harmonized Tax System to Replace Existing 54 Reclaim Forms
LONDON - A standardized tax system across Europe would benefit the corporate actions market, but there are a lot of challenges to overcome to reach this stage, said panelists at the CorpActions Europe Securities Operations Forum in London in January.
