Markit Names Gooch EVPO
UK-based data provider Markit has appointed Jeff Gooch as executive vice-president and head of its portfolio valuations and trade processing businesses. Gooch was previously managing director and global co-head of fixed-income operations and global head of over-the-counter derivative operations at Morgan Stanley, where he worked for 11 years, serving for part of that time as a member of Markit's Reference Entity Database advisory board and as a director on Markit's board.
