HSBC Rolls Out Corporate Actions Phase II
LONDON - HSBC Securities Services (HSBC) has created a full audit trail for corporate actions, in a second phase of its corporate actions project focused on implementing the CheckFree eVent platform, according to officials at the FTF News Corporate Actions Processing Conference in London in April.
