"[This will] provide the building blocks to build and extend IEB's trading platform and services," say Dean Mazboudi, chief architect, enterprise architecture and strategy at IEB.
Icap began a phased implementation in the latter half of 2009 after a rigorous vendor culling process.
"The first phase will focus on building the infrastructure and messaging specifications," says Mazboudi. "Later phases will implement a set of common services and integrate select components gradually."
