Second Client Tests TXC
The New York-based firm expects to begin ramping up with live trades in the next few months as the client tests out the TXC's systems. Similar to TXC's first client that went live in December 2009, the new client consists of a pair of high-frequency traders at a European bank (DWT, Feb. 1).
