ITG, Instinet Pool Liquidity in Asia
Agency broker ITG and electronic trading services provider Instinet have pooled their liquidity access in the Asia-Pacific region, in a deal that will allow investors to maximize their liquidity opportunities, officials say.
According to Michael Corcoran, head of sales and trading, Asia-Pacific at ITG, both firms are responding to the recent trend for liquidity aggregation.
As a component of best execution, Corcoran says merging liquidity resources will continue to be key to future development
