Advent Snaps Up Syncova
Advent Software, the San Francisco-based provider of buy side software and services, has acquired Syncova Solutions Limited, a privately held UK-based company that provides margin management and financing software to hedge funds and prime brokers.
Under the terms of the agreement, Advent has acquired all of Syncova's outstanding capital stock for an undisclosed amount.
Advent will now offer Syncova's end-to-end margin calculation and optimization tool, Optima; its debit finance reconciliation
