Activ Upgrades Network Circuits

Low-latency data provider Activ Financial has upgraded circuits on its ActivNet global data distribution infrastructure to reduce latency on key routes in response to client demand for lower latency.

The vendor recently installed a new network circuit between its London and Stockholm datacenters, reducing round-trip latency to 22 milliseconds between the two facilities. In addition, Activ has added circuits connecting its presence at Telx’s 111 Eighth Avenue facility to London and to BM&F
