Markit Taps Selerity for Intraday Dividends

UK-based data vendor Markit plans to roll out a service later this year that will provide clients with intraday dividend alerts to support more timely risk and options pricing, using low-latency event data provider Selerity’s feed of scheduled and unscheduled dividend announcements from US public companies.
Markit currently provides dividend alerts to clients on an end-of-day basis, and is now in the process of integrating with Selerity’s internet-based API to provide intraday dividend alerts on
