Regulatory Uncertainty Inhibits OTC Preparation, IPC Survey Finds

Respondents for the survey included hedge funds, broker-dealers, investment banks and exchanges among others. Among some of the statistics released, only 19 percent of those surveyed thought that firms were wholly prepared to meet the challenges posed by moving standardized derivative trades to a more centralized, electronic platform.
