BT Partners with Truphone for US Mobile Recording
Truphone's mobile recording solution will be offered alongside BT's management services to provide customers with a cloud-based recording system, in order to comply with the call-recording requirements of the Dodd-Frank Act. Calls are recorded seamlessly in the background, as well as text messages sent through those devices.
