Speakerbus Partners with NICE for Integrated Recording Solution
The joint solution will offer full regulatory compliance
The integration will allow calls made on the Speakerbus platform to be recorded on secure NICE recording systems. Speakerbus CEO Patrick McCullough tells WatersTechnology that the solution will help financial institutions to comply with the new regulations that require the recording of all communications leading to transactions.
