EJV Adds Multiprocessor Server For Univu OAS Calculations

Hour-long mortgage-backed securities and CMO option adjusted spread (OAS) calculations are commonplace. In this respect, the OAS analytical application available as part of EJV Partners L.P.'s UniVu data and analytical platform isn't far from the norm. On UniVu, a single OAS calculation takes anywhere from five minutes to several hours to run, says an EJV official.
