FlexTrade Acquires Citi's ColorPalette OMS
Buy- and sell-side trading platform provider FlexTrade plans to acquire the ColorPalette order management system (OMS) business from global banking giant Citi by the end of the year, according to bank and vendor officials.
As part of the agreement, FlexTrade will acquire the intellectual property related to ColorPalatte as well as the approximately 30 employees that support the platform and will relocate from Citi's 388 Greenwich Street office in Manhattan to FlexTrade's headquarters in Great
