OneMarketData Bows Strategy Back-Testing Platform
The new service combines OneMarketData's OneTick analytics platform with its cloud-based tick history.
The platform combines the vendor's OneTick data management and time-series analytics solution with its OneTick Cloud service that provides on-demand access to global tick history to enable quant traders and quant researchers to build and test their trade models.
Louis Lovas, director of solutions at OneMarketData, says that some trading platforms may support back-testing, but will have a narrow view of what it "means to back test" and have limited features for quantitative analysts or program
