GSTPA (gstpa.org) has announced the winners of the bid to build and operate its new cross-border trade matching utility: the Depository Trust and Clearing Corp., IBM, SIS SegaInterSettle AG, Swift and TKS Teknosoft SA/TAT Consultancy Services. IBM and Swift are pretty busy; they’re also key players in the CLS project. Speaking of CLS, the October 2000 launch of that production has been delayed because those involved have fallen behind in delivering the bank applications.
