How I Spent My Summer Vacation

At the beach? The lake? The pool? The mountains?

Ha! I spent the better part of my summer interviewing job candidates--two, three, sometimes four a day, and many the likes of whom I wouldn’t have seen a year ago.

But then, I’m not alone. I don’t know a firm or vendor that isn’t out prowling for talent. The demand is making this the tightest job market I can remember.
