With all the news about electronic trading capabilities, I am nagged by a fear that I almost hesitate to voice. While I am an unabashed proponent of technology, I am not blind to the great harm that technology can do if it falls into the wrong hands.

While Washington and Wall Street are reeling from the dramatic testimony coming from the 9/11 commission, very little attention has been paid to Richard Clarke’s urgings during his tenure as the federal cyber-security czar after Sept. 11, 2001
