African Exchange Links Could Draw Investment, Liquidity

Africa is home to some of the poorest countries in the world and is more often in the news because of humanitarian crises than economic and financial performance. Considered a risky place in which to invest, the continent has nevertheless seen some of its leader countries climbing the ladder of economic development. South Africa, for example, now rubs shoulders with markets in the BRIC countries of Brazil, Russia, India and China.
