Flatley Defects to Deutsche Bank
Former managing director of electronic trading services at Banc of America Securities (BAS), Rob Flatley, has joined Deutsche Bank Securities as managing director and head of global electronic execution. Flatley will report to the head of global equity in North America, Robert Karofsky, and head of global prime services, John Hitchon.
