George Soros was recently quoted in the Telegraph as saying that the world is in the midst of the "worst financial crisis since the 1930s". Whether his analysis is accurate or not is irrelevant, but generally when Soros speaks people tend to listen, and if he believes that things are going to get worse before they get better then it's entirely likely that that scenario will become a self-fulfilling prophecy. But there are those in our industry who believe the financial rebound is already well
