American Century Expands Online Account Management

KANSAS CITY, MO.--American Century Investments is rolling out a series of website improvements, giving its retail customers the ability to perform nearly all account management activities via americancentury.com. The first of the new features debuted in mid-July and will continue to be added through early 2002.

Task-based site navigation was released in mid-July. Many sites are organized according to categorization, says David McCalley, vice president of electronic commerce for American Century

Only users who have a paid subscription or are part of a corporate subscription are able to print or copy content.
