Capital Management Sciences Reaches Settlement Agreement With Ex-Employee And Barra

Capital Management Sciences (CMS) has reached a settlement agreement with Barra Inc. and Oren Cheyette, a former CMS employee who now works for Barra, regarding a lawsuit that CMS filed against Barra and Cheyette on Aug. 1.
