CBOE Readies C2 Co-Lo Center
The Chicago Board Options Exchange will this month begin accepting trading permit applications for firms wanting to co-locate in the datacenter hosting its planned C2 New York-based electronic options exchange, and last month began setting up connectivity to C2.
Firms will be able to connect to the new market - which will be hosted at Equinix's NY4 datacenter in Secaucus, NJ - either via copper or fiber Gigabit Ethernet cross-connects directly to the C2 routers in the datacenter, or via a range
