Soule previously spent over eight years at ISE, where he developed and launched 19 new data products, prior to which he spent three years as vice president of business development at ticker plant vendor HyperFeed Technologies, and spent 14 years in account management and international marketing roles at Reuters.
Based in New York, Soule reports to Redline chief executive Mark Skalabrin.
