Bats Europe Offers Brexit Indices Ahead of Triggering of Article 50

The new indices, Brexit High 50 and Brexit Low 50, will measure the impact of Brexit on UK Companies.

Brexit
Bats' indices will measure the impact of Brexit on UK companies.

According to Bats, the new Brexit 50/50 indices are calculated in real time, with the help of FactSet’s Geographic Revenue Exposure data to normalize and geographically analyze where UK-listed companies generate their revenues.

The indices were created after splitting the Bats UK 100 Index into two groups. Brexit High 50 comprises fifty firms with large revenues in the UK and Brexit Low 50 consists of fifty companies with smaller UK-based revenues.

Managed under the same rules and methodologies with any other Bats Index, the two indices are being published on the firm’s website, as well as on Bloomberg and Reuters terminals.
