SEC Disclosure Rules To Hit Data Vendors; Set for Jan. Rollout


The Securities and Exchange Commission will implement two rules on January 10 that will affect the volume of market data traffic. One requires the display of customer limit orders, and the other--an amendment to a current rule--will change the way the SEC governs the publication of quotes.
