Getting Ready To Meet The CICI Deadlines
Are you aware of the requirements and deadlines for obtaining or certifying the legal entity identifier (LEI), known as the CFTC Interim Compliant Identifier (CICI)? Two key deadlines are imminent: April 10 for compliance with the CICI registration and certification requirement for swaps reporting, and May 1 for compliance with the External Business Conduct Rule from the US Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC).
