New Company Seeks ESMA Approval For Trade Repository


A new company set up by three technology and network vendors plans to apply this week to the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) for authorization to operate a trade repository under the European Market Infrastructure Regulation (EMIR).

CapitalTrack, the vendor of a data transfer database and network, Capital Market Daily Portal, a data network, technology and services vendor, and Fincore, a software vendor, have established a new company, Trade Repository, and hope to win ESMA
