Three LEI Utilities Endorsed, 3,000 CICIs Sidelined
The pre-local operating units (pre-LOUs) operated by Swift and the Depository Trust and Clearing Corporation (DTCC), WM Datenservice and Insee have become the first utilities to be accepted as part of the official interim LEI system.
Following a due diligence process, the Regulatory Oversight Committee (ROC) of the LEI project has announced it is satisfied that the three utilities comply with the detailed principles it published at the end of July.
