ISDA, Markit Launch Derivatives Reporting Tool

Data services provider Markit and the International Swaps and Derivatives Association (ISDA) have launched a tool that provides information on how regulatory requirements apply to transactions between counterparties.

The ISDA Canadian Representation Letter is a feature of ISDA Amend, a joint solution with Markit that allows counterparties to over-the-counter derivatives trades to centrally declare and share information with trading partners.

Markit and ISDA released the tool ahead of the October
