LSE-TMX Merger to Drive Data Synergies

The proposed merger of the London Stock Exchange and TMX exchange groups will drive new data revenues by enabling the combined entity to cross-sell data products and connectivity services on both sides of the Atlantic, and to work on new global index data initiatives by leveraging LSE's joint ownership of FTSE.
The merged group will generate roughly a third of its revenues from information and technology services, and growth in this area is seen as one of many drivers of revenue synergies that
