After Acquisition, OTAS Technologies Looks to Hire & Expand Sell-Side Presence

Tom Doris, OTAS' chief executive, tells WatersTechnology that the investment group, though preferring to remain unnamed, "typically has investment within the asset management arena and has broad expertise in this area.

Additionally, Doris says that OTAS will be "fully independent" and that there will not be any management changes as a result of the purchase, though "the team will benefit from the contacts that the new group brings."
