ITG Makes Foreign Exchange, Analytics Hires
New appointments in foreign exchange and analytics will lead New York and London efforts, respectively.
Ruben Costa-Santos joins the firm as director and head of FX based in New York, while Andre Nogueira takes the role of a director on the analytics team in London.
Costa-Santos was most recently head of FX platforms for the Americas at Deutsche Bank and will oversee ITG's FX activity across the analytics, execution and workflow technology product groups.
"Ruben has an extensive understanding of client needs and challenges in the evolving FX market and an established track record of delivery," says Frank Troise, CEO and president of ITG.
Prior to ITG, Nogueria worked on multi-asset class trading analytics at Bloomberg and will head up ITG's European analytics offering from the firm's London office.
"Andre will play a key role in our effort to deliver enhanced analytics products and service to our clients in Europe as they seek to assess and improve their best-execution efforts in an evolving marketplace," says Ian Domowitz, ITG's head of analytics.
