Boston Readies Trade Reporting Facility
The Boston Stock Exchange is in the final stages of testing a trade reporting facility with the NASD, ahead of a planned launch at the start of next month, to dovetail with the implementation of the final Reg NMS rules, officials tell Inside Market Data.
The TRF will give trading firms a choice of venue for reporting over-the-counter trades in stocks listed on Nasdaq and the New York, American, National and Boston stock exchanges.
