The role of dirty data in impeding straight through processing was one of the main themes at the Sibos conference, held in Geneva last week.
"What’s really changed in the last few years is the attention that reference data is now receiving," says Ger Rosenkamp, CEO of Asset Control, a provider of investment data integration solutions. "As organizations look to reduce cost and become more efficient, the industry is recognizing the need for clean data."
