Viteos Offers Form PF Reporting Solution
Viteos Fund Services has announced that it will offer Form PF reporting services to its clients, ahead of the US Securities and Exchange Commission's (SEC) deadlines for submission.
Form PF, a product of the Dodd-Frank Act that aims to help the SEC with assessing systemic risk, requires funds to file with the SEC on a quarterly or annual basis depending on the size of the fund. Those with under $1 billion in assets under management fall into the former category, while those with over, the latter
