Pre-LEIs, Pre-LOUs, COU Top Agenda at LEI ROC Plenary
The regulatory oversight committee (ROC) of the global legal entity identifier (LEI) system says it made "significant progress" towards establishing the LEI central operating unity (COU) and procedures for endorsing pre-LEIs and pre-local operating units (pre-LOUs), at its second plenary meeting in Mexico City last week.
In a statement, the ROC says it "agreed on all material issues relating to the development of statutes that will govern the foundation at the operational centre of the global
