Nominees for LEI Foundation Directors Published

The Financial Stability Board (FSB) plenary has endorsed a list of 16 nominees for the board of directors of the Global Legal Entity Identifier Foundation (GLEIF), with Gerard Hartsink of CLS Group Holdings nominated as chair of the foundation.

The GLEIF is the not-for-profit body that will be responsible for establishing and operating the operational arm, or Central Operating Unit (COU), of the LEI system.

The list of nominees was drawn up by the LEI Regulatory Oversight Committee (ROC)
