Eze Adds AIFMD Functionality to Reporting Product
Eze Software Group has updated its Regulatory Filings Manager product to support the Annex IV filings of the European Union's Alternative Investment Fund Managers Directive (AIFMD), which requires funds to pull together data from multiple sources.
AIFMD is intended to create a harmonized, EU-wide framework for supervising risks posed by alternative investment fund managers and alternative investment funds. The Annex IV reporting component requires funds to report a wide variety of data
