Russian Depository Launches LEI Data Site
National Settlement Depository (NSD), the central securities depository for Russia, has launched a pre-LEI (legal entity identifier) website, lei-code.ru, that serves as a portal for data on pre-LEIs assigned and approved by NSD.
Lei-code.ru makes data files on market participants—accessible using pre-LEIs— available on a daily basis, in the format approved by the LEI Regulatory Oversight Committee (ROC). LEI ROC approved NSD as the designated pre-LOU for the Russian market in December.
