Charles River and Trax team up for Mifid II reporting solution
Charles River Development’s Investment Management Solution will integrate Trax’s Mifid II Trade and Transaction reporting solutions.
The arrangement means mutual clients of both vendors may access Trax’s Approved Publication Arrangement (APA) to publish trade reports and Approved Reporting Mechanism (Arm) to transaction report trades to national competent authorities for all required asset classes under the Mifid II regulation.
