I worked in Canada and the US for a large bank for most of my career. I had done much of what I could do there and I was looking for something more entrepreneurial with a long-term strategy. When you scan the Street and look for companies fitting this description you get down to only a small handful. Further, if you overlay the desire to work with arguably the best culture in New York City, for what is truly a major financial services firm, the name Liquidnet
