Morgan Stanley Moves Beaton to Head US Trade and Transaction Reporting
Beaton brings to the new role 15 years of expertise in financial services program management, regulatory and risk oversight, and audit trail recovery and management.
Beaton joined Morgan Stanley in 2010 as program manager and head of global settlement projects, and he has since held positions as COO of the bank’s institutional securities group product operations division and COO of shared services and banking operations.
Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Beaton held vice president roles at Barclays Capital and Goldman Sachs, where he led processes and systems management teams within equity and credit derivatives.
