Risk Focus, RegTek.Solutions provide Deutsche Borse Group with key system components for its OTC Trade Reporting solution.

Risk Focus and RegTek’s contributions include interpretation of instrument details of OTC derivatives submitted in FpML or XML format, a rules engine for applying regulatory validations, eligibility checks and deferrals and Validate.Trade, RegTek’s trade and transaction reporting product.
Georg Gross, head of regulatory services for Deutsche Borse, says OTC trade reporting is a backbone of MiFID II and a rules engine is useful in a dynamic environment with frequent regulatory updates.
