Compliance firm Steele Acquires TransparINT

The deal brings artificial intelligence and machine learning capabilities for anti-money laundering monitoring to Steele.

Steele will integrate TransparINT’s artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning solutions to its suite of risk-management solutions. The company had previously worked with TransparINT for monitoring of negative news using its AI platform.

Steele chief marketing officer Dyke DeBrie says the acquisition opens the door for the firm to deploy more machine learning to its products particularly to anti-money laundering operations.
